Not much different, actually. I have one 9-inch rigid plug; now that feels very filling when you work it most or all of the way in. I have to be completely relaxed to do that; probably couldn't have done that when I was younger! And then there are flexible sounds and catheters, some of which can go all the way into your bladder. Now that's a different feeling which took a little getting used to, but it's worth trying. Probably not for everyone. In all cases, go slow, make sure you've washed your hands carefully, sterile your toys, and use plenty of sterile lubricant. I've never had a problem by doing all that and going slow and easy, especially with any new toy.

How different does the 6 inch one feel compared to the 3 inch?

I LOVE penis plugs and sounds. I have quite a collection by now; some from The Chain Gang and others from various dealers on eBay. This one is about 3 inches long. Most of mine are 3-6 inches long. Start carefully and use lots of sterile lube, and you'll have a great time and no problems.
